How do I apply for agricultural valuation?

The application along with the required questionnaire for Qualified Open Space Land Agriculture is also available in the “Forms” section of the DCAD website.

The land must be devoted principally to agriculture use at a level of intensity that is typical for Dallas County.  The land must be managed in a typically prudent manner.  The land must have been used for agricultural purposes for the last 5 years if in the city limits, or 5 of the last 7 years if outside city limits.
