Please allow 90 days from the date your application was mailed to DCAD for it to be processed.
After 90 days go to the DCAD website and enter your property address or account number by clicking here - scroll down to Exemption Details to view exemptions granted for the current tax year.
Prior years are located on Exemptions History. If after 90 days our website does not reflect a homestead exemption, please contact Customer Service at 214-631-0910.
