What are the legal description lines displayed on the website?

This information describes each property, providing a specific, legal description of each property in Dallas County.  Property is described by either a lot and block or an abstract. 

The legal lines also provide the Instrument number (provided by the County Clerk when a deed is filed) and the date the deed or document was effective.
